The new warehouse will be connected to the existing 3,500sqm warehouse and 760sqm office space.

The development will house Coles, Kmart and a vast range of smaller retailers, an outdoor dining area accommodating up to 300 people and a brand new health and wellness precinct.

This new facility includes the Control Operations Room, Building Services Centre, equipment rooms, power plants, chiller plants and car parking facilities.
