Brief
This project was one of the first projects to be supplied with Lockwood’s new Selector series mortice lock. Like any product new to the market, there are always teething issues. The client advised us of a problem with the locks not engaging correctly, causing security issues onsite.

Solutions
Our service team managed to get to the site the next day and determined an issue with the turn bars not engaging correctly, which turned out to be a manufacturer’s fault.

Once we identified this issue, our packing team could ensure the remaining product was sent out and adjusted so that there would be no further problems.
