The Managing Director oversees a team of senior management comprised of Locksmith Division Manager, Service Department Manager, Workshop Manager, Keying Department Manager, Architectural Hardware Manager, Project Specialists, Estimating personnel, Accounts Manager and Administrative personnel.
The above roles are supported by our dedicated Business Operations Manager, HR/QA Coordinator and OHS Coordinator.
We stay true to our Australian values, with almost half of our staff serving more than 15 years with the company. Due to this vast experience of management and personnel, we are able to allocate our resources in response to priority in order to fulfil all contract obligations.
All of our Service Technicians and Advisory Personnel hold Queensland Security Licenses as a minimum.
Several of our experienced personnel are also SCEC Endorsed by the Australian Federal Government, which enables us to provide services, product and advice to secure area facilities requiring restricted access.
